Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have recently come to be produced on an industrial scale, which has significantly reduced the price of the product and expanded its applications.
ENY-Tubes do not require additional cleaning and are therefore free of chemical reaction products. Currently, ENY-Tubes are used in the following products:
Plastics and coatings as conductive additives and UV protection.
Concrete, plastics and composites to increase the hardness of the material. CNT is 30 times stronger than steel. Long nanotubes are distributed in the matrix, strengthening it.
Adhesives and coatings as adhesion promoters. The ends of ENY-Tubes are open, that is, carbon atoms at the ends of the tube are not bonded to other atoms by a chemical bond, which increases their reactivity, and also changes the surface tension containing CNT solutions.
Heat-conducting materials and pastes for microelectronics or heat engineering. Nanotubes are excellent heat conductors, which makes the product attractive to electronics and heat engineering.
